Ab Attack - Attack your
midsection with a BLAST of standing abdominal, ball and bar
work. All guaranteed to enhance abdominal definition and
stability.
Boot Camp - How about a boot in the butt? We will do whatever it takes to push you above and beyond your limits! Be warned - this is a challenging cardio, strength and plyometric workout. Check "lazy" at the door and leave lean, energetic and successful!
Jump-n-Jab -
A challenging athletic workout for all fitness levels.
Incorporates self-defense techniques and drills to increase
endurance. Stress relief? Kicking & punching your way out of a
bad mood and into fantastic shape!
Mat/Ball Pilates - This is a
total body exercise class designed to balance, lengthen and
strengthen your muscles using only your body, gravity, stability
ball and a mat. All fitness levels are welcome.
Power Ball - This sculpt
class uses your body, the floor and a stability ball for a
challenging full-body, core-strengthening workout. Abs, Thighs,
Butts - let us work your ALL! Trim your body and waistline and
have a ball doing it!
Power Pump - An amazing 60 minute workout that blends weights, group exercise and awesome music to get results FAST! You will see your body change shape within 6 weeks. More lean muscle tone, more fat burning, more energy! Perfect for the person who is not motivated to do traditional weight training on their own ***Please Note*** We highly encourage participating in a Power Pump Clinic before taking this class. See front desk for dates and times. There is an additional charge for Power Pump class. 1 single class - $1.50 or a 10 class card is $10.
Power Step - Step high or
step low! Any way you like it Pam will take you through a heart
pounding, fat burning cardio routine.
Yoga -
A blend of
various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, balance, strength
and breathing. Improve your posture as you lengthen and stretch
muscles all while building strength and lean muscle. Reshape
your body and mind! Great for all fitness levels. Previous Yoga
experience is not necessary.
Zumba - Combines high energy and motivating latin and international music with unique moves, easy to follow dance steps and combinations that allow you to dance away the pounds! It is based on the principle that exercise should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". But, don't let the fun fool you! Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind. ***Please Note*** You will need to purchase an 8 visit Zumba card for $10.00. We will keep on giving you a free Zumba card providing that you take 8 classes in a 12 week timeframe. Class cards may be shared. See front desk for details.
20/20/20 - A complete and total workout
all packed into a 60 minute class! Cardio, Strength and Core are
the focus in intense 20 minute segments.
